Enrolment of students in a public school is a two step process.
- Step 1 is to lodge an Application for Enrolment Form (Part A) with the school which can be downloaded here.
- Step 2. If your child is eligible for enrolment, you will be required to complete and lodge an Enrolment Form (Part B) which can be obtained from the School Office.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we would like to ask that if you have the ability, enrolment forms and documentation are returned to the school via email to email@example.com
Part A of the enrolment forms can be downloaded from our website (link above), once returned with supporting documentation (detailed below) Part B will be issued. This will also need returning via email where possible.
If you are unable to complete the enrolment this way, enrolment packs can either be collect from the school office or mailed out to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us on 6206 2200. Thank you for your understanding.
Entry ages may vary and parents are asked to check with the school. When enrolling, the child's birth certificate is required as proof of date of birth. Enrolment is not complete until this has been sighted. Immunisation records (full printed document from Medicare) also needs to be presented at the time of enrolment. Information on how to download a copy of your child's immunisation record can be found by following this link : Immunisation Record
