2023 Enrolments

Enrolments for 2023 are now being taken across all school years from Kindergarten to Year 6. Please note the priority deadline for Kindergarten 2023 applications is Friday 22nd July 2022. 

Enrolment of students in a public school is a two step process.

• Step 1 is to lodge an Application for Enrolment Form (Part A) with the school which can be downloaded here.
• Step 2. If your child is eligible for enrolment, you will be required to complete and lodge an Enrolment Form (Part B) which can be obtained from the School Office.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we would like to ask that if you have the ability, enrolment forms and documentation are returned to the school via email to craigieheights.ps@education.wa.edu.au

Part A of the enrolment forms can be downloaded from our website (link above), once returned with supporting documentation (detailed below) Part B will be issued. 

If you are unable to complete the enrolment this way, enrolment packs can either be collect from the school office or mailed out to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us on 6206 2200. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that the priority deadline for Kindergarten 2023 is 22nd July 2022. 

When enrolling, the child's birth certificate is required along with proof of address and immunisation records. Any visa documentation which is applicable will also need to be provided during this process.
